1 Little Auk (Devoured by Great Black Backed Gull west of Coastguards. Not seen alive.) ,

1 Velvet Scoter (Only one off beach this morning. Remainder seen by another observer off Iron Road 09:45) ,
130 Eider (Estimated - all west except for about 18 which initially travelled west and landed on sea and then went back East. Several drakes and 1st winter males. ) ,
1 Slavonian Grebe (West like the proverbial rocket) ,
c.1 Goldeneye (Drake west) ,

1 Little Auk (Landed near our semi-resident flock of Velvet Scoter before heading off east close in. Very poor record shots today!) ,
6 Velvet Scoter (usual group but quite mobile this morning) ,

c.600 Common Gull (All west - gave up after 600!) ,
c.1 Arctic Skua (Dark phase bird west) ,
120 Eider (Approx inc one flock of 38 - all west) ,
c.1 Shag (On sea east of wreck mid morning) ,
2 Snow Bunting (Confiding birds feeding near tractors AM and one on beach east of CG PM) ,
400 Kittiwake (All west) ,
c.1 Short-eared Owl (In from sea and south over East Bank area mid morning) ,
1 Shore Lark (Overhead whilst sea-watching and seen by DGilroy further west. Interestingly also heard by watchers in the Beach Shelter. ) ,
1 White-fronted Goose (Eurasian) (In flight over Billy's Wash) ,
