8 Caspian Gull (The total since Monday rises to a remarkable 36 individuals with the evening's eight birds, again all new individuals. Three adults & three first-winters on Pat's, plus single second-winters on Simmonds and Pat's) ,

7 Mediterranean Gull (Five adults and two first-winters including three bathing on Whitwell) ,

1 Great White Egret (Off to roost in North Foreland with three Little Egrets - finally the weird hoodoo of no roost in the wood may be broken...) ,

12 Caspian Gull (All new birds, taking the total in 2 days to a whopping 28. Incredible gulling. The totals were 5/6 1w, 3 2w, 1 4w, 2 adults) ,
