Warm, very dry, light NW wind but becoming a lot cooler PM

2 Curlew Sandpiper (Adults on Pats) ,

17 Dunlin (Pats) ,

1 Jack Snipe (Limping adult still on Serpentine early morning) ,

8 Little Ringed Plover (Pair with three fledged on Pats, single adult with two developing chicks Serpentine) ,

12 Snipe (9 Pats, 3 Serpentine) ,

4 British Yellow Wagtail (3 juvs Whitwell/Simmonds, ? female Pats) ,

18 Curlew (Eye Field) ,

4 Whimbrel (west) ,

3 Grey Heron (Adult and 2 juveniles Pats) ,

3 Spoonbill (2 on Arnolds, 1 on Pats) ,

2 Little Egret (Whitwell Scrape) ,

3 Marsh Harrier (Male, female and red wing-tagged (but unreadable) juvenile) ,

1 Sparrowhawk (Female regularly hunting scrapes) ,

8 Bearded Tit (From Pats (2) and Daukes (6)) ,
