Tree pipit

  I recorded this at the end of Old Woman’s Lane. Don’t trust merlin app 100% but wondered if a tree pipit would be likely at the end of June in Cley.

  Sorry for the slow reply but I’ve been checking the records. In general Tree Pipit is rare at Cley and none have been reported yet this year (to end June, we haven’t processed all the July records yet but would have heard about it). Looking back historically the last seen in June was in 2018 on Kelling Heath. I therefore think it is unlikely, like the Coot that Merlin keeps telling me we have in our garden which is no-where near water!
