Following the popularity of this thread last year I have opened another for 2015.  At the end of last year the contents of this thread were passed to local representatives of the Butterfly Conservation Group.  So please enter your sightings.

The first bumblebees were two Buff-tailed on a heather in  our garden on 7 March.

Walk along West Bank from Coastguards to the A149 about 14:00 to 14:25.
1 Painted Lady.No other butterflies seen.

2nd - am walk from Village Bridge to Visitor Centre
Ringlet 1, Meadow Brown 2, Small Tortoiseshell 2, Painted Lady1, Small White 1.

3rd early evening
21 Blue tailed Damselflies in Catchwater Drain below the Cley East Bank Penstock South.
1 Black tailed Skimmer settling on the East Bank.
