| Well, shooting of Curlews in France has thankfully now been stopped for this season at least but there is even worse news now. If you click the following link you'll notice that France has just approved the hunting of 18,000 Turtle Doves too. The French government has also approved the use of bird liming and trapping to lawfully kill hundreds of thousands of birds. Here is the link: Just what is going on?

You can write to your MEP to try to get this situation stopped otherwise we just have to hope that International pressure can be brought to bear.
